Bringing Up Great Kids is an empowering and reflective program that provides parents with an opportunity to explore their parenting journey. The program covers:
- Brain development in children and its influence on thoughts, feelings, and behaviour
- Understanding the meaning behind children’s behaviours and how to respond to underlying feelings and needs
- Caregivers’ parenting styles
- Messages caregivers want to pass on to their children
