Circle of Security Parenting is a relationship and connection-focused parenting program based on early childhood research and attachment theory.

Parents and caregivers learn how to identify children’s emotional needs and respond to their behaviours in ways that can build resilience, reduce behavioural difficulties, improve self-esteem, enhance school readiness and strengthen relationships. The program explores:

  • How to understand your child’s emotional world by learning to read their needs
  • Supporting your child’s ability to successfully recognise and manage emotions
  • Enhancing the development of your child’s self-esteem
  • Honouring your innate wisdom and desire for your child to feel secure
