Little People Big Worries helps parents understand and support children experiencing anxiety or big worries. Participants will:

  • Gain insight into your child’s body and brain when they experience anxiety or worry
  • Learn how to support children through transitions while building their skills in managing emotions
  • Develop strategies to help children navigate their feelings and find their brave
