The Digital Parent Toolkit is a workshop for parents of children in upper primary and early high school. It provides practical information to help parents better understand and navigate the digital world, including:

  • The online world, including social media, gaming, and AI
  • Online content, cyberbullying, online relationships, digital footprints, and parental controls
  • Balancing screen time with green time to support children’s mental health
