You can do this in a variety of ways including:
- Provide an employment opportunity to a young person
- Offer work experience or work tasters to provide industry insight
- Host workplace tours to give young people inside knowledge into your profession
- Guest speak to share your personal career journey, what you do for work and provide information on required skills and possible education pathways that lead to employment in your industry
