Bringing Up Great Kids is an empowering and reflective program that provides an opportunity for parents on their parenting journey. The program explores:
- Brain development in children and its influence on thoughts, feelings and behaviour
- The meaning behind children’s behaviours and how to respond to underlying feelings and needs
- Caregivers’ parenting styles
- Messages caregivers want to pass on to their children
