Bringing Up Great Kids in the First 1000 Days is an empowering and reflective program that supports new parents as they begin their parenting journey. The program explores:

  • Brain development in children and its influence on thoughts and feelings
  • What young children and families need to ensure the best possible health and wellbeing outcomes
  • Ways for parents to manage stress, practise self-care, and find support when needed
  • Important messages parents want to convey to their children
