Bringing Up Great Kids is an empowering and reflective program that provides an opportunity for parents on their parenting journey.

The program explores:

Brain development in children and its influence on thoughts, feelings and behaviour
Meaning behind children’s behaviours and how to respond to underlying feelings and needs
Caregivers parenting styles
Messages caregivers want to pass onto their children
