VPG’s Ready For Work program provides individualised job search assistance, employability skills training and licencing support to eligible young people aged 15 to 24 years who are ready to transition into the workforce.
Through the program, we can help you:

Find your dream job: We’ll be your GPS in the job hunting world

Get your licence: With driving lessons and licencing support, we can help you get in the driver’s seat

Accelerate your work experience: We can help you test drive a pathway of interest and build your work portfolio

Build the tools you need: We’ll help you construct your tool kit for success: resume, cover letter, interview skills + more

Fuel your self belief: Our positive coaching and mentoring will help you get to where you want to go
VPG proudly delivers the Ready For Work program in Cairns, Atherton and Mareeba. Contact details for our service locations can be found here. Referrals can be made by interested youth/families, non-government and government agencies.
